Erika is one of Sydney’s leading strategic planners, with extensive experience in developing and delivering complex projects with high quality place outcomes.

Erika has a demonstrated track record of developing strategies based on a shared vision, forming and managing high performing teams, and establishing strong stakeholder alignment. She has an in-depth knowledge of precinct development, having developed and delivered the Collaboration Areas program at the Greater Sydney Commission. The program involved bringing together stakeholders from multiple government agencies, local government, and anchor institutions to deliver on a shared vision for eight health and education precincts across Greater Sydney.

She has wide-ranging experience in local government with projects spanning infill and greenfield re-zonings, masterplanning, infrastructure contributions, environmental strategy, placemaking and asset management.

Erika is a qualified urban planner and holds an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
